Privacy statement pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Data Protection Code for the personal data of persons using the web services of IOAN S.r.l. hosted on the site www.ioanlamiere.it

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code, we inform you that the processing of personal data provided by filling in this form has the following purposes:
I. fulfilment of specific requests which you submit to us through the form (for example, a request to provide goods or services, fulfilment of orders, complaints, modification of data, invoices, reports, requests for information material etc.);
II. compliance with obligations imposed by law, regulation or EU rules;
III. market research, promotional and marketing information activities.
The user is free to provide his or her own personal information. The failure to provide data may make it impossible to process the request and may prevent the relationship from being activated.

The personal data which you provide by filling in the form will be processed at the headquarters of IOAN S.r.l. by internal company personnel specially appointed as personal data processing operator(s), with the aid of paper, magnetic, IT and electronic media strictly in accordance with the aforementioned purposes and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which such data were gathered. Specific security measures are applied to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use and unauthorized access. The personal information which you provide may be disclosed - exclusively for the purposes outlined above (and hence processed only for such purposes) - to persons used by our company for the conduct of its business activities (e.g. professionals and consultants, credit institutions, debt collection companies, factoring companies, insurance companies, post offices, forwarding agents and carriers), subject to any obligations imposed by law, regulation or EU rules that require disclosure to third parties. The personal data which you provide shall not be disclosed save in accordance with legal requirements.

The Data Controller is the Company IOAN S.r.l. with headquarters in Via Gorizia No 58, 33050, Gonars (UD). The data processor designated by our company, who may be contacted in connection with the exercise of one's rights, is the legal representative pro tempore of the said Company. ARTICLE 7 RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
1) The interested party is entitled to obtain confirmation about the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if they have not been registered, and to have them communicated in intelligible form. 2) The interested party is entitled to be informed about: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the data processing; c) the logic applied where the data processing is carried out by electronic means; d) the identification details of the Data Controller, Data Processors and of the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may acquire knowledge about such data as designated representative in the territory of the State, as Data Processors or data processing operators; 3) The interested party is entitled to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where requested, the supplementation of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or freezing of unlawfully processed data, including data which are not required to be held in connection with the purposes for which the data were gathered or subsequently processed c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right protected; 4) The interested party is entitled to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data relating to the said party, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of the data gathering; b) to the processing of personal data relating to the said party for purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or marketing communication. The rights relating to Article 7 above may be exercised within the limits and conditions laid down in Article 8, 9, and 10 of the said decree by communicating to the owner for this purpose at the address indicated above.
